This role involves building and managing a high-performing sales team, driving strategic partnerships, and ensuring revenue growth through digital wellness solutions.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market reach and revenue.Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team with clear performance targets.Build strategic partnerships with wellness centers, corporates, and healthcare providers.Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback for strategy refinement.Collaborate with marketing, product, and finance teams to align business objectives.Represent Ayur.AI in industry forums and events to enhance brand visibility.Required Qualifications & Skills:4+ years' experience in sales leadership, preferably in wellness, health-tech, or digital health.Proven record of driving revenue growth and managing large sales teams.Strong negotiation and communication skills.Experience in scaling digital products and app-based solutions.Network in wellness and healthcare industries is a plus.
