About the Role We are looking for a UX UI designer who understands US consumer behaviour and can design fast, modern, intuitive iOS experiences for a growing consumer app. You will work end-to-end from concept to polished screens that ship to users. You will work with product, engineering, and growth to shape the app experience based on data, user psychology, and proven patterns used by top US apps. Salary The monthly salary for this role is between INR 70,000 and INR 100,000. Responsibilities - Research US consumer habits, expectations, and mobile journeys - Turn insights into simple user flows and clear wireframes - Design clean iOS interfaces with strong information hierarchy - Create high-fidelity screens, components, and motion ideas - Partner with product and engineering to ship features to users - Run quick tests, gather feedback, and refine designs - Ensure visual consistency and maintain the design system - Review analytics to understand user behaviour and drop-off points - Benchmark against leading US consumer apps and bring fresh ideas Requirements - Strong portfolio showing iOS consumer app work - Deep understanding of iOS patterns and US user expectations - Ability to move fast from sketches to polished screens - Experience working with growth teams on conversion-focused flows - Comfortable using Figma with a fast iteration process - Good understanding of onboarding, paywalls, and retention paths - Strong visual craft with attention to detail - Clear communication and an ownership mindset - Experience in consumer apps for children, lifestyle, or education is a plus Nice to Have - Experience in motion design - Knowledge of user psychology and behaviour science - Familiarity with analytics tools like Mixpanel or Firebase What You Get - Work with a fast-moving team building an iOS product for the US market - Freedom to shape user journeys and the visual direction - Room for quick growth and ownership of core app features
