We're looking for a passionate Java Backend Developer to join our core engineering team and help us build a scalable, real-time mobility infrastructure.Responsibilities :- Develop and maintain backend microservices using Java + Spring Boot- Implement real-time APIs for location tracking (MQTT)- Build highly scalable services on Google Cloud Platform (Cloud Run / Cloud SQL / Pub/Sub)- Design and optimize relational databases (PostgreSQL)- Implement secure authentication and role-based access- Integrate third-party services (Payment gateways, SMS gateways, Push notifications)- Write clean, maintainable, testable code- Collaborate with Android, iOS, and frontend teamsRequirements:- 1–4 years of backend development experience- Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, gRPC, REST APIs, WebSockets , Redis- Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL)- Experience with cloud platforms (GCP preferred)- Good understanding of microservices & distributed systems- Bonus: Experience with gRPC / MQTT / Maps / Realtime systems- Startup mindset, fast learner, and problem-solving attitudeWhat we offer:- Opportunity to build a high-impact mobility platform used daily by thousands- Work directly with founders (Developer + Designer team)- Ownership, responsibility, and fast growth- Friendly startup environment- Competitive salary
