The ideal candidate should possess 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience and demonstrate proficiency in managing critical care environments, with a strong ability to handle complex medical cases. This role is crucial in delivering high-quality healthcare services in an intensive care setting. Qualifications and Skills Proven expertise in ICU management, critical care medicine, and clinical practices (Mandatory skill). Strong background as a Doctor specializing in critical care and emergency procedures (Mandatory skill). Proficiency in hemodynamic monitoring techniques to accurately assess and manage patient conditions. Skilled in advanced airway management, ensuring patient safety and effective ventilation support. Ability to utilize point-of-care ultrasound for timely diagnosis and treatment interventions. Certification in cardiac life support (ACLS) for effective emergency cardiovascular care. Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems to document and track patient information seamlessly. Excellent decision-making skills in high-pressure environments to provide timely critical care interventions. Roles and Responsibilities Manage and provide high-quality critical care to patients within the intensive care unit. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans. Utilize hemodynamic monitoring tools for accurate patient assessment and management. Implement advanced airway techniques to ensure patient safety and respiratory support. Employ point-of-care ultrasound for diagnostic procedures and therapeutic interventions. Provide advanced cardiac life support during critical events to stabilize patient conditions. Maintain precise documentation using Electronic Health Records to track patient progress. Engage in continuous professional development to stay updated with the latest critical care practices.
