Using the most promising and practical ideas, combined with the experience and expertise from people from the healthcare industry, we are creating experiences that work for care facilities, their patients and move us ahead on our mission of “Health for a better world “What will you be responsible for?As a Sr SDET, you willCollaborate with client stakeholders to gather automation requirements, design automated tests and implement scalable test automation solutions.Design, develop and manage automated testing artifacts. Provide a practical approach to complex testing, specifically in the areas of the automation of test cases for the purposes of regression testing.Familiar with source code, version management, and code deployment standards. Ensure that QA processes and procedures for test environments are followed and that the integrity of the various environments are not compromised.Ensure adherence to standardized QA policies, processes, and documentation standards.Help define automated test scripts. Test case reviews during projects to ensure quality and appropriate design patterns are followed.What would your day look like?Participate in the development and support of the testing program aimed at supporting multiple testing efforts simultaneously.Be a part of an ongoing effort to bring new testing knowledge to the team.Assist with test plan articulation, planning, and management of individual testing events.Utilize appropriate testing tools for both front-end and back-end Quality Assurance.Identify testable events and develop test cases / test scripts.Identify and capture test data to support test cases defined by the testing team.Leverage the testing process and test tool kit to create re-useable test assets.Set up, manage, and monitor test environments, streamlining release management to QA environments.Document application changes and developing updates.Who are we looking for?Basic skills:2-5 years of experience in implementing and Managing automation test projects.Strong programming skills on Type and Java script.Expert knowledge and implementation of Selenium or Protractor Jasmine, Mocha or similar BDD - having built automation framework from scratch to aid with regression and other repeatable tests.Prior experience implementing Performance benchmarking for products using manual or automation.Sound understanding of all technical aspects of performance testing.Leverage tools like Postman, Swagger, and Sauce Labs to optimize testing efficiency and maintain robust automation test suites.Utilize JIRA or similar test management tools to organize, track, and report testing activities effectively.Extensive experience in test case creation, execution, and defect management.Code coverage concepts and debugging skills.Experience in Database testing, API testing.Self-directed and capable of working effectively in a highly innovative and fast-paced environment.Passion for building scalable, global, complex systems to solve problems with proven ability to deliver high quality software.Ability to take ownership of issues, drive initiatives independently or escalate as needed, and find creative ways to resolve problems.
