We are seeking an experienced

Security/Penetration Tester

to join our cybersecurity team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of performing Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) across a wide range of areas including Infrastructure, Networks, Web Applications, Web Services/APIs, Databases, and Mobile Applications. As a Cloud Penetration Tester, you will also be expected to assess cloud security, particularly in AWS environments. Your role will involve identifying risks, vulnerabilities, and gaps in our systems, applications, and networks, and providing expert guidance on remediation. The successful candidate will possess strong knowledge of security best practices, and penetration testing techniques, and be well-versed in OWASP guidelines.

About the Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) for various areas including Infrastructure, Web Applications, Web Services/APIs, Databases, and Mobile Applications.Specialize in Cloud Penetration Testing, evaluating security groups and cloud security within AWS environments.Identify and assess risks, vulnerabilities, and gaps, and determine the potential impact of exploitable vulnerabilities on our systems and data.Utilize your expertise in industry-standard security best practices and various techniques for effective penetration testing.Demonstrate advanced proficiency in using multiple open-source tools for security testing purposes.Apply OWASP Code Review concepts and identifiers to assess the security of code and applications.Apply your deep understanding of OWASP Top Ten and WASC Threat Classifications to ensure comprehensive security coverage.Participate in red teams and Capture the Flag (CTF) exercises to enhance security testing skills.Develop and present proof of concept (PoC) exploits to demonstrate vulnerabilities and their potential impact.Perform manual penetration testing to uncover vulnerabilities that automated tools might miss.Conduct security assessments, risk analyses, and root cause analyses of security incidents, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.Utilize both open-source and commercial security assessment tools, such as Burp Suite, Nessus, AppScan, nmap, etc., to perform in-depth testing.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to educate and advocate for security best practices and remediation strategies.
