Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 2–6 years of hands-on experience in Oracle BI Publisher (standalone or integrated with ERP systems).
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, XML, XSL, and RTF templates.
  • Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), Oracle Fusion Cloud, or PeopleSoft reporting.
  • Familiarity with Oracle OTBI, Analytics Cloud (OAC), or OBIEE is an added advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
    Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred

  • Knowledge of ERP modules (Finance, Procurement, HR, SCM, etc.).
  • Exposure to migration projects from EBS to Oracle Cloud.
  • Exposure to OIC will be added advantage

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards using Oracle BI Publisher (BIP).
  • Work with business teams to gather and analyze reporting requirements.
  • Build and optimize data models, data sets, and XML data sources for BI Publisher reports.
  • Develop RTF, Excel, PDF, and other template formats in BI Publisher.
  • Integrate BI Publisher reports with Oracle ERP (EBS / Fusion / Cloud) or other enterprise applications.
  • Ensure reports are aligned with business needs, performance standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to report generation, formatting, or data inconsistencies.
  • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to deliver end-to-end reporting solutions.
  • Support report migration, performance tuning, and version upgrades.
