Job Description:Responsibilities:Analyze and identify process and tooling improvementsLiaise with global business, support and development teamsManage stakeholder expectations. Provide comprehensive and timely projects updates to Technology and Business stakeholdersDesign and own the Change Management processProvide ad-hoc post-release assistance to business, development and support groupsDevelop requirement documents, define hardware requirements, examine and update processes and procedures as necessarySet up application environments as requiredCoordinate infrastructure activities with SA, Admin, Solution teamDocument project related process and guidelinesRequired Skills:Should have strong knowledge on
Conduct> IT and PDL
.Should have strong hands-on experience in
writing Oracle queries
.Should have good knowledge of
scheduling tools, preferably Autosys
.Experience of PL-SQL / HIVE / SPARK / PYTHON / SQOOP / Arcadia Data / Tableau / MicroStrategy will be considered as additional advantage.Nice to have skills:Exposure to projects in Finance domain is desirable.
