Responsibilities
Create visually engaging and innovative design assets, including graphics, presentations, and marketing materials, that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.Develop high-quality video content from concept to completion, ensuring it resonates with the target audience and enhances brand presence.Design images and videos specifically tailored for social media and digital advertising across various channels and platforms.Collaborate closely with the marketing team and other stakeholders to ensure visual consistency and brand integrity across all platforms.Manage multiple design and video projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications.Stay updated with the latest design and video trends to keep content fresh, engaging, and competitive.

Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)HubSpot (visual content alignment)GenAI ToolsMotion graphic animation (Bonus)
Qualifications
Proven experience (3+ years) as a Visual Designer and Video Producer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and similar tools.Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms to ensure visual content aligns with customer journey insights and supports targeted marketing campaigns.Experience with motion graphics and animation is a plus.
