Experience with GIS-based systems to plan routes, manage assets, and ensure efficient utilization of resources.Inter-City Planning: Expertise in long-haul fiber network design, connecting major urban centers and ensuring robust, high-capacity links. Knowledge of diverse routing, redundancy planning, and minimizing latency.Last-Mile Planning: Skilled in planning the final leg of the network to connect individual homes and businesses. Experience with various deployment techniques, including aerial, underground, and micro-trenching, to ensure cost-effective and reliable last-mile connectivity.Deployment and Maintenance: Extensive experience in fiber deployment techniques, including trenching, aerial installation, and in-building cabling. Knowledge of maintenance practices and troubleshooting for fiber networks.Automation and Workflow Tools: Experience in developing and implementing automation tools to streamline fiber rollout processes, including workflow management systems and robotic process automation (RPA).Fiber Fulfillment Processes: Comprehensive understanding of the entire fiber fulfillment lifecycle, including order management, inventory management, service provisioning, and customer installations. Experience with optimizing fulfillment workflows to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services.AI-Driven Solutions: Understanding and experience with AI-driven solutions in the fiber domain, including predictive maintenance, automated network planning, and AI-based performance optimization.Regulatory Compliance: Understanding of global regulatory standards and compliance requirements for fiber network deployments, ensuring adherence to local and international guidelines.Vendor Management: Understanding of relationship and transaction flow between equipment vendors, service providers, and contractors involved in fiber rollout projects.Performance Monitoring and Analytics: Expertise in using analytics tools to monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize service delivery.Technical Documentation: Proficiency in creating detailed technical documentation, including specifications, manuals, and user guides for fiber network products and solutions.
Qualifications:Experience: 7+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on telecommunications, fiber rollout, and FTTx solutions. Proven experience in building automation systems and developing efficient workflows for fiber network deployments.Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.Leadership: Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams in a technical environment.Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.Customer-Centric: Deep customer empathy and a passion for delivering superior user experiences in the telecommunications industry.Agile Experience: Experience with agile methodologies and tools such as Scrum, Kanban, JIRA, etc.Innovative Mindset: Creative thinker with a track record of driving innovation and executing new product ideas.
