Job Description
As a Supplier Risk Management Consultant, you will be integral to maintaining the operational integrity and efficiency of our supplier interactions. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in risk management, supply chain, and external or internal audit.
Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Supplier Audit Reviews : Lead and support supplier advisory and assurance engagements, helping to ensure appropriate mitigation of potential risks and compliance with agreements. Risk Assessments and Reporting : Assist in the evaluation and reporting of supplier risk, contributing to the development of mitigation strategies. Articulate observations and findings in meetings at all levels within Allstate. Project Management and Continuous Improvement: Lead cross-functional projects, ensuring timely completion and stakeholder communication. Identify improvement and automation opportunities to eliminate tactical and administrative tasks. Financial Analysis and Invoice Reconciliations : Ensure accuracy and compliance of supplier invoices with contractual terms, addressing discrepancies and liaising with relevant parties to resolve financial issues.Metrics, Analytics, and Decision Support : Develop and maintain performance metrics and reports, utilizing strong analytical skills and data-driven decision strategies

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with at least 5 years of related experience. Advanced understanding of general risk management practices. Prior experience in risk management, internal or external audit, procurement, finance, or related activities. Proficiency in risk evaluations, data analysis, project management, and MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Excellent verbal and written communication skills, assertiveness, and relationship management abilities. Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, managing feedback from all levels within the business. Strong analytical skills, including experience in data-driven decision strategies.What We Offer
