Here's what you can look forward to:


This role is essentially a technology focused role wherein you will contribute to all technical aspects of the project during project lifecycle to ensure project success. You will work closely with BU owner, project manager and other team members to ensure technology proficiency of the team, application of engineering standards and 0 technology debt through code quality.


As a Technology Lead, you will possibly be part of multiple project teams working on complex technological solutions to solve customers business problems. Projects are usually across Data Analytics, AI-ML, industrial IoT, BI, Cloud & Mobility technologies, and youll be responsible to provide technology leadership to multiple teams of 5-8 members each.


Code quality, engineering standards, code reuse, and skills & proficiency maturity of the team will determine your success in this role.


Code Quality

This role requires you to ensure appropriate engineering standards and tools are set up for the project during sprint 0. Throughout the project lifecycle you will ensure that code produced is of highest quality via technical coaching/training of the team, creating PoCs for complex scenarios, design and code reviews resulting in highest CSAT quality ratings


Engineering Standards and Reuse

You will regularly contribute to establishing engineering, technology standards and keeping them up to date. You will ensure that these standards are rigorously followed in all your projects meeting technical compliances. You will also contribute to development of reusable frameworks and components and ensuring those are reused in projects appropriately.


Team Skills and Proficiency

You will play a key role in ensuring that your project teams have adequate levels of skills and proficiency to contribute to projects in most effective ways. You will take the ownership of determining the skills and proficiency development requirements of your project teams as per the project technologies and then ensuring that team achieves the required proficiency levels through trainings, assignments, etc


People Management

You will support BU needs in terms of hiring and development of team members as a part of people management.
