Senior Executive Legal1. Assisting in the management of regulatory and other compliances for Information Technology and outsourcing company primarily internationally including for Europe, middles east etc.2. Handling all legal functions including but not limited to litigations, advisory and consultancy across company work areas like labour/employment, services, vendor/ customer & general corporate.3. Handing customer disputes includes preparation of legal responses, interacting with internal and external stakeholders.4. Assisting in the management of other compliances including tax, labor, health and Safety, environmental, legal recoveryetc.5. Drafting responses to Statutory, customer, vendor and employee notices.5. Assisting the parent company in special projects outside outside the assigned GEO/country.6. Coordinating with internal and external legal counsels and other stake holders for the matters.7. Assisting the team in invoices management and MIS updation.8. Must have interest in legal research on various topics and advising the company on legislative changes.SkillsA college degree, in the field of law.1-3 Years experience.Legal professional with prior working experience of contracts, disputes, advisory, general corporate, government and regulatory matters and matters relating to commercial compliance.Good communication skills (both verbal and written) and the ability to participate in group meetings. The candidate should be fluent in both English.Proficient in the use of computers, specifically MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPointGood analytical skills, attention to detail and data management capabilitiesAbility to work individually and to follow up with internal stakeholders for ensuring statutory and contractual compliance.LocationChennai/Banglore.
