Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee transfer pricing compliance and documentation for US and Canadian entities
  • Manage preparation of transfer pricing reports, local files, and master files in line with IRS and CRA requirements
  • Support planning, implementation, and defence of transfer pricing policies and intercompany transactions
  • Coordinate with North American stakeholders and global teams on transfer pricing matters, audits, and inquiries
  • Monitor regulatory changes and ensure compliance with evolving transfer pricing rules
  • Provide technical guidance and training to the GCC tax team
  • Drive process improvements and best practices in transfer pricing workflow

Qualifications & Requirements

  • CA, along with a CPA or equivalent preferred
  • 6+ years of transfer pricing experience with US and Canadian regulations, ideally in a GCC, shared services, or Big 4 environment
  • Strong technical knowledge of transfer pricing rules, documentation, and compliance standards
  • Proficient in tax/transfer pricing software and advanced Excel
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organised
  • Experience with cross-border transactions and audit defence is an advantage
