Summary:

The Compliance Analyst at Pinnacle Group is responsible for ensuring that organizational processes and documents adhere to specific contract requirements and regulatory standards within the staffing industry. This role involves meticulous manual process and document review, supplier outreach and correspondence, and eventual client-facing responsibilities in responding to audits. The Compliance Analyst plays a crucial role in upholding the integrity and adherence to contractual obligations, ensuring Pinnacle Group operates within legal and regulatory frameworks.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manual Process and Document Review:
  • Conduct thorough reviews of staffing processes, procedures, and documentation to ensure compliance with contractual requirements and regulatory standards.
  • Identify discrepancies, inconsistencies, or potential areas of non-compliance and recommend corrective actions to relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain detailed records of reviews and findings to facilitate auditing and reporting processes.


Supplier Outreach and Correspondence:

  • Communicate effectively with staffing suppliers to obtain necessary documentation and information for compliance purposes.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address any compliance-related issues or concerns raised by suppliers.
  • Maintain professional relationships with suppliers while ensuring adherence to contractual requirements.


Client-Facing Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a point of contact for clients during audits, providing necessary documentation and information to demonstrate compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Respond promptly and accurately to client inquiries regarding compliance-related matters, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address any compliance deficiencies identified during client audits and implement corrective actions as needed.


Compliance Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Monitor and track compliance-related metrics and key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of staffing processes and controls.
  • Generate reports and presentations summarizing compliance findings, trends, and recommendations for management review.
  • Proactively identify areas for process improvement to enhance Pinnacle Group's overall compliance posture and efficiency.


Regulatory Research and Analysis:

  • Stay abreast of relevant regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices within the staffing industry.
  • Conduct research and analysis to interpret regulatory guidance and assess its impact on Pinnacle Group's processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with legal and regulatory affairs teams to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and contractual obligations.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Legal Studies, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certification in compliance, auditing, or HR management is preferred.
  • Proven experience in compliance, auditing, or a related field within the staffing industry, with a strong emphasis on manual process and document review.
  • Familiarity with contractual requirements, regulatory standards, and industry best practices relevant to the staffing industry.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in complex staffing data and documentation.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders within the staffing industry.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and precision in reviewing staffing processes and documentation.
  • Proficiency in using compliance management software, document management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams to achieve Pinnacle Group's compliance objectives.
  • Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and commitment to upholding ethical standards in compliance-related activities.
