About the role Support a busy construction office with admin, accounts assistance, onboarding, and general coordination. This role keeps the workflow moving and works closely with the Business Support Manager across daily operations. Key Responsibilities Process timesheets and assist receivables Coordinate inductions and onboarding Manage phones, emails and data entry Raise purchase orders and source supplier quotes General office support, housekeeping and stationery orders Qualifications / Experience Required Administration support experience Intermediate–advanced Word & Excel Construction/trades industry exposure (advantageous) Job management software experience (advantageous) Full, unrestricted working rights in Australia What’s on offer $40/hr + penalties Office-based in Cannon Hill 9am–5pm hours, no Christmas period work 2-month assignment with potential to continue Immediate start available Work Culture Join a hands-on, supportive team within a growing construction services business.
