Welcome to Shridhar LifeSchool We are a dedicated team of therapists, each holding a Master’s degree in Psychology. Our mission is to provide relationship therapy to married couples on the brink of separation or divorce, helping them navigate their challenges and build stronger, healthier relationships. For the foreseeable future, we will be focusing exclusively on couple and relationship issues.


Role Description

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Marriage and Couple Therapist for a full-time, remote position. In this role, you will:

- Conduct therapy sessions with couples

- Identify and address relationship issues

- Develop and implement effective treatment plans

- Maintain accurate records of sessions

- Collaborate with other therapists as needed


Eligibility

Counselling Psychologist

Interested in Relationship / Marriage / Family related therapy

Language proficiency : Hindi and English (both must)


Salary, Work Mode

Salary : ₹ Industry Standard or higher (negotiable)

Work Mode : Full-time


Qualifications

- Master’s degree in Psychology or a related field

- Proven experience in conducting therapy sessions with couples

- Expertise in relationship counseling and therapy

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

- Experience with remote therapy and virtual sessions is a plus

- Experience working with diverse populations

- Familiarity with current therapy trends and research
