We’re building a team that shares our vision of transforming how India manages credit. Role Description: As a Video Editor, you will be a key contributor to our creative and marketing efforts. You’ll work directly with our Performance and Content teams to craft compelling ad campaigns and educational video content. Your role will involve editing high-quality visuals using industry-standard video editing software and delivering content that drives results. If you are passionate about visual storytelling, have an eye for detail, and are eager to work in a fast-paced, impact-driven environment, this role is for you. This is an on-site role based in Bangalore. Responsibilities: Edit Campaign Videos: Work on performance-driven video ads for social and digital platforms (Meta, You Tube, OTT, etc.) that engage and convert. Create Learning Content: Edit long-form educational courses and tutorials into high-retention, polished videos. Motion & Visual Design: Add graphics, subtitles, transitions, and animations to enhance video clarity and appeal. Work With AI: (Optional, if still applicable) Leverage AI tools for scripting, auto-editing, or translations as needed. Collaborate Cross-functionally: Work with marketers, scriptwriters, and product teams to align content with strategic goals. Organize & Optimize: Maintain video asset libraries, manage project timelines, and implement feedback loops for versioning and improvement. Requirements: Experience: 1–2 years of hands-on experience editing videos for ads, content creators, or educational platforms. Video Software Proficiency: Skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Da Vinci Resolve, or similar tools. Motion Graphics: Ability to create clean and engaging motion graphics and transitions using After Effects or similar tools. Visual Sense: Strong understanding of pacing, framing, color grading, sound design, and visual storytelling. Attention to Detail: Ability to work independently while ensuring high-quality, error-free output. Creativity: Ability to turn rough cuts or raw footage into engaging final videos with polish and narrative flow. Adaptability: Comfortable working in a startup environment with tight deadlines and evolving priorities. Education: A Degree in Film, Media, Communication, Animation, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory, with a strong portfolio. Portfolio: A showreel or video portfolio demonstrating your editing range, motion graphics, and storytelling skills is a must.
