Regional Business Development Manager

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Manager- Business Development, to lead our growth initiatives in Hyderabad, Vijayawada, and Warangal. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development and strong leadership skills. This role involves building relationships with healthcare providers, managing referral networks, and driving growth through strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to increase brand awareness and drive patient referrals.- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, and other fertility-related stakeholders.- Collaborate with the marketing team to create region-specific campaigns and initiatives.- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new opportunities for growth.- Represent Oasis Fertility at regional events, conferences, and industry gatherings.- Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities to senior management.- Lead and mentor a team of business development professionals.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, healthcare, or a related field. MBA is a plus.- Minimum of 8 years of experience in business development, preferably in the healthcare or fertility sector.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships.- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.- Strong analytical skills and the ability to develop strategic plans.- Willingness to travel within the assigned regions (Hyderabad, Vijayawada, and Warangal).- Familiarity with the fertility industry and related regulations is an advantage.
