About the Role: We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Executive to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career to gain hands-on experience in B2B sales , client relationship building, and business development. You will play a key role in helping us expand our client base and grow our business.
Key Responsibilities: Identify, approach, and onboard potential B2B clients and partners.
Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Pitch and explain our offerings clearly to decision-makers.
Achieve monthly sales targets and report progress regularly.
Work closely with the marketing and operations team to align goals.
Maintain a database of leads and update client interactions in CRM.
Represent the company at networking events and meetings, as needed.
Who We're Looking For: 0–1 year of experience in B2B sales or business development (freshers welcome).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Comfortable with face-to-face and telephonic conversations.
Highly driven, goal-oriented, and proactive in approach.
Basic computer skills; knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
Must be based in or willing to relocate to (City Name).
