Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic

Head of IT

with extensive experience in

SAP implementation ,

digital transformation , and proficiency in modern digital tools like

Fiori apps, SAP Ariba, Power BI , and

Dashboards etc., . The ideal candidate will lead the IT function, driving technological advancements and leveraging data analytics to improve decision-making in a commercial setting. This role requires expertise in the latest digital technologies and the ability to integrate them seamlessly into business operations, optimizing performance and improving business insights.

Key Responsibilities:IT Strategy & Digital Leadership :Develop and execute an IT strategy that focuses on

digitalization

and the adoption of cutting-edge technologies such as

Fiori apps, Ariba , and

Power BI .Lead the deployment of innovative

dashboard solutions

to enable real-time decision-making and business performance monitoring.Ensure the IT infrastructure is equipped to support cloud-based solutions, digital applications, and advanced data analytics.Provide strategic guidance to various business functions (e.g., Procurement, Finance, Operations) on the adoption of digital tools to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.Digital Transformation & Application Expertise :Lead digital transformation initiatives using

Fiori apps

to enhance mobile-based digital workflows and user interfaces within the organization.Oversee the implementation of

SAP Ariba

to automate procurement, sourcing, and supply chain management, optimizing supplier collaboration and cost-efficiency.Leverage

Power BI

to design interactive and insightful dashboards, providing leadership with powerful data visualization tools for better decision-making.Manage data integration from SAP, Ariba, and other business systems to ensure accurate and comprehensive reporting across departments.SAP Implementation & Integration :Lead end-to-end SAP implementation (S4 HANA already implemented) and ensure integration with other digital platforms, including

Ariba

and

Power BI , to drive business process automation.Work closely with business units to configure and customize SAP modules such as

FI, CO, MM, SD, PP ,

PP

, BI, BW etc., and ensure continuous improvement post-implementation.Facilitate data migration and ensure robust system integration that enables efficient use of SAP and its extensions, like

Ariba .Project Management :Oversee multiple IT and digital projects, ensuring the successful delivery of technology initiatives like

dashboard solutions

and

data analytics platforms .Manage project timelines, budgets, and scope, ensuring alignment with business priorities.Coordinate cross-functional teams to deploy new applications and solutions, ensuring adoption across business functions.Data Analytics & Reporting :Build and manage

real-time dashboards

and

reporting frameworks

using

Power BI

to track key business metrics, improve forecasting, and optimize business operations.Work with various departments to gather data, define KPIs, and develop dashboards tailored to specific business needs.Implement

predictive analytics

tools to provide actionable insights into sales, supply chain, financial forecasting, and customer behavior.Vendor & Stakeholder Management :Manage relationships with technology vendors, especially those providing

Fiori apps, Ariba , and

Power BI

solutions, ensuring high-quality service delivery.Act as a key liaison between IT and business stakeholders, ensuring that IT and digital initiatives are aligned with commercial objectives.Continuous Improvement & Compliance :Ensure continuous improvement in digital platforms and infrastructure, staying updated on the latest trends and solutions.Implement secure and compliant IT solutions, ensuring data privacy and regulatory adherence, especially in a commercial setting.Budgeting & Cost Management :Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring the cost-effective deployment of

digital tools

like

Ariba ,

Firio apps , and

Power BI

while delivering on business transformation goals.Optimize IT resources and track expenditures to ensure efficient use of technology investments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:Education :Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.Master’s degree (MBA) is a plus.Experience :15+ years of IT management experience, with proven expertise in

SAP implementation

and

digital transformation .Experience in managing digital tools such as

Fiori apps, SAP Ariba , and

Power BI .Proven success in

data analytics

and the development of

dashboards

for business performance monitoring.Experience in

commercial organizations , managing large-scale IT projects and digitalization initiatives.Technical Skills :In-depth knowledge of

SAP architecture , including integration with

Ariba

and other ERP modules.Hands-on experience with

Fiori apps

and

Power BI

for building mobile applications and interactive dashboards.Strong understanding of data migration, system integration, and business process automation.Proficiency in cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and IT governance related to commercial operations.Soft Skills :Leadership with a focus on digital innovation and change management.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence across business units and executive leadership.

Additional Requirements:Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Willingness to work in different environments and conduct fieldwork as needed.Hindi speaking & PAN India travel is mandatory(if required)Check website:
