Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant_Oracle Apps SCM Technical Developer

We're looking for a highly motivated Senior Oracle Apps SCM Technical Developer with strong leadership skills and hands-on expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite R12.2. The ideal candidate will have experience leading small teams, developing and customizing various Oracle components, and fine-tuning application performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain custom solutions in Oracle Forms and Reports

Optimize PL/SQL code and database interactions for performance

Design, develop, and troubleshoot Oracle Workflows

Implement and support ISG RESTful services and Business Events

Build and maintain BIP (BI Publisher) reports

Customize AME (Approval Management Engine) workflows

Perform Forms personalization and performance optimization

Develop and manage interfaces and conversion programs

Mentor and support junior team members as needed

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications-

Strong experience with Oracle EBS R12.2

Proficient in Oracle Forms, Reports, PL/SQL

Experience with Oracle Workflow and AME

Hands-on expertise with ISG RESTful services

Familiar with Business Events, BIP, and personalization tools

Strong problem-solving and team collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications-

Prior experience managing teams of developers or consultants

Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
