Our ambition is to build differentiated opportunities that allows our organization to advance rapidly, to do this we will be looking to partner with Local universities to help develop the skill sets we are looking for including across Software-defined networking, machine learning and big data.Cardinal Health is seeking an Engineer - FICO who will be responsible for building, leading and maintaining high performance teams that delivers state of the art ecommerce solutions. The functional leader should possess strong interpersonal and leadership skills. The ideal candidate is an individual with customer focused mindset, hands-on skills, positive work ethic and a collaborative mindset who is willing to learn and adapt to evolving business needs.

Accountabilities:• Good understanding of SAP financial integration within Order to Cash and Procure to Pay processes.• Have an intimate knowledge of supply chain solutions and other capabilities enabled by SAP.• Providing functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on SAP products to business stakeholders• Configure SAP systems within the SAP FICO module along with working across all FICO sub-modules (GL, AP, AR, FA etc.)• Develop finance solutions that enhance and extend Cardinal Health’s investment in SAP.• Mentor and develop SAP teams and provide SAP related advise to various groups within Cardinal.• Develop highly effective working relationships with other IT and Business teams within and across business units through flawless execution and open, honest, direct communication.• Have an enterprise perspective and help others to understand broad implications of decision making.• Overall thought leadership in SAP.Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience• 5-8 years of SAP FICO and Integration experience• SAP experience with SAP Treasury and Risk Management (1-2 implementation experience)• Minimum 2-year Integration experience with Non-SAP systems• Experience with cash flow reporting Highly desired•Experience with SAP archiving and application performance management•Experience collaborating in global/geographically diverse team•Experience in logistics and/or healthcare sectors•Process oriented – grasps process flows and can translate them to Business impact. Must be driven to seek intent, draw meaningful conclusions and drive value•Excellent written and verbal communication skills•Self-motivated.
