Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Flutter Developer with strong expertise in building cross-platform mobile applications. The ideal candidate must have a solid understanding of Flutter and Dart, along with hands-on experience in end-to-end encryption (E2E), WebRTC for real-time calling, and Web3 integrations. You will be responsible for developing high-quality mobile apps for both Android and iOS, ensuring performance, security, and seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities


• Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform applications using Flutter.


• Implement secure end-to-end encrypted messaging and data handling.


• Integrate WebRTC for audio/video calling features within the app.


• Work with Web3 technologies (WalletConnect, smart contract interactions, crypto wallets).


• Collaborate with backend, blockchain, and design teams to deliver integrated solutions.


• Ensure smooth performance, responsive UI, and optimized code.


• Debug, test, and resolve app issues across multiple devices and OS versions.


• Follow best practices in coding, architecture, and version control.

Required Skills & Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.


• 4+ years of proven experience in Flutter development.


• Proficiency in Dart and mobile app architecture.


• Strong understanding of end-to-end encryption techniques and secure data handling.


• Hands-on experience with WebRTC for real-time audio/video communications.


• Practical knowledge of Web3 integrations, wallet connections, and blockchain-based flows.


• Experience in integrating RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and third-party SDKs.


• Familiarity with Firebase, push notifications, and cloud messaging.


• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.

Nice to Haves


• Knowledge of native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C).


• Experience with state management solutions like Bloc, Riverpod, or GetX.


• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.


• Previous experience in crypto, fintech, or secure messaging applications.
