Role Overview:

We are seeking a creative and data-driven Media Planner/Strategist to develop and execute media strategies that effectively reach target audiences and drive brand awareness. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of the media landscape, and experience in planning integrated media campaigns across multiple channels. This role will work closely with the creative, digital, and analytics teams to ensure that media plans are aligned with client objectives and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create and execute media plans that align with client goals and target audiences, selecting the most effective channels and platforms.- Conduct audience segmentation and market research to inform media choices and optimize campaign performance.- Oversee the execution of media campaigns, ensuring they stay on track, within budget, and meet objectives.- Manage media budgets, track performance, and adjust strategies based on real-time data and campaign results.- Work closely with clients, creative teams, and vendors to deliver integrated campaigns and ensure client satisfaction.- Analyse campaign results and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement in future campaigns.

Requirements:

- 3 to 5 years of experience in media planning, strategy development, or a related field, with a strong understanding of multi-channel marketing.- Strong analytical skills and experience with media research tools.- Proficiency in digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).- Experience with media buying, negotiating, and working with vendors and agencies.- Ability to think strategically and creatively to solve problems and meet client objectives.
