Role Overview:We are seeking a highly experienced

SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) Expert

to join our team. This role demands an innovative leader with expertise in building practices, crafting sales strategies, and driving SAP BTP offerings to market. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with SAP BTP services, a deep understanding of cloud integration, and a proven ability to bridge the gap between technology and business.

Key Responsibilities:Practice DevelopmentEstablish and scale the SAP BTP practice by defining processes, methodologies, and best practices.Build and mentor a high-performing team of SAP BTP professionals.Develop accelerators, tools, and frameworks to enhance solution delivery efficiency.Sales EnablementCreate compelling sales decks and presentations to showcase SAP BTP capabilities and value propositions.Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities and develop go-to-market strategies.Conduct workshops and training sessions for sales personnel to enhance their understanding of SAP BTP offerings.Solution Architecture & DeliveryLead the design and implementation of SAP BTP solutions, including application development, data integration, and analytics.Advise clients on leveraging SAP BTP for digital transformation and business innovation.Ensure successful delivery of SAP BTP projects by aligning with business goals and technical requirements.Client EngagementAct as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights into SAP BTP trends and best practices.Support pre-sales activities, including demos, proof of concepts, and solution proposals.Build long-term client relationships by ensuring high satisfaction with SAP BTP services.Thought LeadershipRepresent the organization in conferences, webinars, and industry forums to showcase SAP BTP expertise.Publish white papers, blogs, and case studies on SAP BTP trends, innovations, and success stories.

Required Qualifications:15+ years of experience in SAP solutions with at least 5 years in SAP BTP.In-depth knowledge of SAP BTP services, including SAP Integration Suite, Extension Suite, and Analytics tools.Proven track record in building practices and developing go-to-market strategies.Strong understanding of cloud architecture, DevOps practices, and API management.Exceptional communication and presentation skills with experience in creating impactful sales material.Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.SAP certifications in BTP or related areas are highly desirable.
