Candidate Experience: 

The candidate should have worked on manual testing, grey box testing, automation testing(is a plus), ISTQBcertification(is a plus).  Preferred Qualification:

B.Tech/ B.E-Computer Science/ MCA

Required Competencies:

Experience writing/debugging functional and reliability test suites for Web, Mobile, and backend Web Series
Experience with scripting, tool development, and automation. Knowledge of general QA procedures, tools, and methodologies, as well as software development fundamentals The candidate should have a great understanding of the Software test life cycle. Should be comfortable working with Agile teams Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases Exposure to any Performance tool will be an added advantage

Roles & Responsibilities:

Design, develop and execute test cases which include both functionality and regression testing scenarios Identify the test scenarios based on the understanding of systems, interfaces, and applications. Identify end-to-end business-critical scenarios. Create automation test scripts. Prepare Test summary Report and share the same for review/ Review the test results/test reports submitted by the test analyst. Conduct dry run/smoke testing to ensure scripts' readiness. Execute the scripts. Implement reusable automated test frameworks to drive test automation goals and to support continuous integration and regression testing. Utilize and extend existing test automation test harnesses. Solve complex test automation problems and promote the reuse of automated test code. Collaborate with the various team(s) to design and implement the next generation test framework and test suites for an eCommerce Website Assist in maintaining test environments
Taking an active part in weekly Scrum and attending daily standup meetings offline and online
Review product user interface for conformity to design guidelines Good understanding of QA tool development chains and environments
Understand system components, how they interact with one another, and perform different types of testing, including functional, system, regression, and acceptance testing. Execute test plans provided by QA manager/Lead with attention to detail using both manual and basic automated testing. Assist QA Manager in performance testing of the website.
Strict to quality standards/process and time schedules provided. Execute the test cases in all the environments i.e. - devices, browsers
