Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an AI/ML Engineer located in Bhilai. The AI/ML Engineer will be responsible for designing and implementing machine learning and AI models, analyzing complex datasets, and developing algorithms to optimize performance. Having at least one year of hands-on experience to help us design and refine Large Language Model (LLM)–based products for the Ed Tech industry. You’ll work closely with senior engineers to create AI-driven tools that enhance learning experiences, leveraging Open AI and Azure Open AI technologies. Qualifications: Develop, test, and refine LLM-based products tailored for the Ed Tech sector. Work with Open AI and Azure Open AI APIs to integrate and optimize AI models. Adapt and fine-tune LLMs for educational content, assessments, and personalized learning experiences. Collaborate with product, engineering, and content teams to translate learning needs into AI-powered solutions. Conduct evaluations of model performance and implement improvements. Ensure responsible AI practices, including data privacy and ethical model use. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Experience in building AI tools for Ed Tech or e-learning platforms. Familiarity with data preprocessing for educational datasets. Exposure to version control (Git) and CI/CD workflows. Technical Skills: 1+ year in AI/ML engineering, with exposure to LLMs preferred. Proficiency in Python and AI/ML libraries. Experience working with APIs (REST/Graph QL). Basic understanding of prompt engineering and fine-tuning LLMs. Familiarity with cloud-based AI services, especially Azure Open AI. Work Location : Onsite- Bhilai (Chhattisgarh)
