About the Role

Are you a data-driven problem solver with a passion for building high-converting landing pages? We’re looking for a Landing Page CRO Specialist to join our team and take ownership of developing, testing, and optimizing landing pages that drive conversions and revenue growth for 310 Nutrition. As a Landing Page CRO Specialist, you’ll collaborate with a talented team of copywriters, designers, and paid media professionals to create pages that maximize conversion rates and average order value (AOV). This is a performance-focused role that rewards innovation, data-driven decision-making, and results.Key Responsibilities

  1. Landing Page Development and Optimization

• Create and optimize high-converting landing pages tailored for specific product offers and bundles.

• Use data-driven insights to inform design, copy, and page structure improvements.

• Focus on creating pages that balance user experience (UX) and conversion goals (CRO).

  1. A/B Testing and Experimentation

• Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests to improve key metrics like:

• Conversion Rate (CR).

• Average Order Value (AOV).

• Click-Through Rate (CTR).

• Use tools like VWO and Hotjar to track user behavior and test different layouts, headlines, and CTAs.

  1. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams

• Work closely with copywriters and designers to develop compelling and visually engaging landing pages.

• Partner with paid media teams to ensure pages are optimized for traffic sources like social, search, and native ads.

• Provide actionable feedback to team members to refine designs and copy for better results.

  1. Performance Analysis and Reporting

• Monitor and analyze landing page performance to identify areas for improvement.

• Report on metrics, trends, and insights to the team and leadership.

• Regularly update performance benchmarks and set new optimization goals.

  1. Scaling Ad Spend Profitably

• Ensure landing pages are optimized to scale ad campaigns while maintaining strong ROAS.

• Identify and implement CRO strategies that enable profitable growth.

Key Metrics for Success

• Consistent improvement in conversion rates and AOV.

• Successful implementation of A/B tests that generate actionable insights.

• Profitable scaling of ad spend by ensuring landing pages convert traffic effectively.

Requirements

• Proven experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO) with a strong portfolio of high-converting landing pages.

• Expertise with CRO tools like VWO, Hotjar, Google Analytics, or similar.

• Ability to interpret performance data and user behavior to identify optimization opportunities.

• Familiarity with direct-to-consumer (DTC) marketing and e-commerce.

• Strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.

• Knowledge of AI tools like ChatGPT and Jasper AI for copy and content generation is a plus.

• Experience with A/B testing tools and methodologies.

• Results-driven mindset with a focus on measurable KPIs like CR, AOV, and ROI.
