Inserita all'interno del settore IT, la risorsa risponderà all’IT Demand Manager.Le sue attività riguarderanno principalmente:• Fornire supporto post-implementazione per i moduli MM & SD di SAP e le interfacce e i report associati• Analisi delle cause radice• Valutare e analizzare i requisiti• Collaborare con i rappresentanti del business e con il Competency Centre (all'estero Outsourced Global Service Provider) per progettare soluzioni appropriate• Sviluppo di specifiche funzionali e strategie di test• -avorare con i rappresentanti del business per definire i requisiti, analizzare e proporre iniziative per il miglioramento dei processi aziendali e l'allineamento dei processi.• Agire come consulente interno all'azienda, contribuendo a facilitare l'utilizzo di SAPRequisiti • Esperienza lavorativa di almeno 5-7 anni come dipendente e/o consulente IT• Conoscenza pratica di MM, configurazione, dati anagrafici acquisiti, gestione delle scorte e del magazzino• Idealmente conoscenza di SD, gestione degli ordini, fatturazione, gestione degli output, dati anagrafici• Esperienza nella configurazione e personalizzazione pratica• Background di supporto e di progetto• Conoscenza dei processi di supporto interno (Incident, Service Request, Change basati su ITIL Best Practice)• Un'esperienza consolidata nella realizzazione di iniziative di cambiamento aziendale e di miglioramento dei processi attraverso SAP• Aver lavorato in un ruolo rivolto all'utente• Buona padronanza della lingua inglese sia scritta che parlata• Laurea in informatica, economia o equivalenti• Formazione specifica sul modulo SD di SAP e relative certificazioni sono d'obbligoSoft Skills• Ottime capacità analitiche e logiche• Abituato a lavorare in modo indipendente pur facendo parte del team IT e a vedere il "quadro generale"• Capace di fungere da collegamento/interfaccia tra gli utenti e l'Information Technology• Capacità di pianificazione strutturata sull'esecuzione operativa• Resilienza• Atteggiamento positivo - fa il miglio extra, è impegnato, disposto ad accettare le sfide e ha una mentalità "can-do"• Forza di comunicazione e di negoziazione convincente con gli stakeholders• Orientamento al raggiungimento del risultatoBenefit • Contratto a tempo indeterminato• Retribuzione interessante e competitiva in base all’effettivo profilo professionale• Modalità di lavoro ibrida• Ticket lunch - card elettronica: 9,00 euro per ogni giorno di effettivo lavoro a partire da minimo di 4 h/giornaliere (percepiti anche per i giorni lavorati in smart working)Rimaniamo in attesa di ricevere la Vostra candidatura per via elettronica.
