With a dynamic, highly skilled team committed to excellence, the ED provides specialised assessment and treatment for every illness and injury. Within this fast-paced environment, the Nurse Practitioner will play a pivotal role in Fast Track, working both independently and alongside the multidisciplinary team to provide advanced, patient-centred care. Beyond clinical expertise, the Nurse Practitioner will step into a vital leadership position, guiding and supervising nursing staff while fostering a supportive, collaborative workplace culture that champions quality, safety, and innovation in emergency care.
