Skills Required:
- Strong analytical skills for complex business processes.
- 1-3 years of experience in writing epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Proficient in business analysis and requirement gathering.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Expertise in conducting demos/training sessions.
- Excellent documentation skills, including creating training/help guides.
- Experience collaborating with UI/UX designers.
- Knowledge of business process improvement methodologies.
- Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Clear communication for developer implementation.
- Ownership of user stories, project delivery tracking, and identifying blockers.
- Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and leading sprint/scrum meetings.
- Attention to detail and proactive documentation management.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document complex business processes, ensuring thorough understanding and capturing of business requirements.
- Clearly document user stories based on client requirements, UI/UX design, and inter-departmental needs.
- Collaborate with developers, Process Associates, and Project Managers to structure user stories effectively.
- Lead sprint and scrum meetings, ensuring all project elements are communicated clearly and thoroughly understood by developers.
- Create detailed user stories, incorporating images, charts, and project flows to eliminate communication gaps.
- Maintain and regularly update project documentation, including changes and revisions.
- Proactively engage with all teams, incorporating feedback and suggestions to ensure alignment with client and business requirements.
- Take ownership of user stories, tracking project delivery, and identifying potential blockers ahead of time.
- Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders and development teams to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
- Conduct thorough analysis of new features and functionalities, ensuring they meet the business requirements and are ready for implementation.
- Monitor and evaluate project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders and suggesting course corrections as needed.
- Ensure that all project documentation is complete, accurate, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business analysis, continuously improving your skills and contributing to the team’s knowledge base.
- Assist in the development of training materials and guides to help end-users and clients understand new features and functionalities.
- Contribute to the improvement of internal processes by identifying inefficiencies and recommending changes.
