Learn more at Overview:As a Learning and Onboarding Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in the onboarding experience for new hires and the ongoing learning and development of our employees. You will design, implement, and manage training programs that align with our company’s objectives and ensure a smooth and effective onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities:Onboarding Program Development:Develop and manage comprehensive onboarding programs to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the company culture and their roles.Create and maintain onboarding materials, including handbooks, training guides, and orientation schedules.2. Training and Development:Assess training needs and design tailored training programs to address skill gaps and enhance employee performance.Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars on various topics including company policies, software tools, and professional skills.3 . Employee Engagement:Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of onboarding and training programs through feedback surveys, performance metrics, and follow-up sessions.Act as a point of contact for new hires, providing support and addressing any concerns they may have during their onboarding period.4 . Collaboration and Communication:Work closely with HR, department heads, and team leaders to understand training needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.Communicate effectively with employees at all levels to foster a positive learning environment.5 . Continuous Improvement:Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.Recommend and implement improvements to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of training programs.

What we are looking:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience with 4+ years as a Learning and Onboarding Specialist, HR Specialist, or similar role.Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other e-learning tools.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
