Experience CenterDevelopment: Development of the BIM Visualization Experience Center, includingthe design of physical space, selection of technology and equipment, andcreation of interactive exhibitsProject Visualization:Collaborate with project teams to develop high-quality BIM visualizations,renderings, animations, and virtual, augmented and mixed reality experiencesthat showcase project design, construction progress, and completed worksStakeholder Engagement:Engage with clients, investors, regulators, and other stakeholders tounderstand their visualization needs and preferences, and tailor visualizationsto effectively communicate project concepts and outcomesTechnology Integration:Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in BIM visualization, VR,augmented reality (AR), and mixed reality (MR), and evaluate and integraterelevant technologies into the Experience Center to enhance visitor experienceTraining and Support:Provide training and support to internal teams on BIM visualization tools andtechniques, and facilitate client workshops and demonstrations to showcase thecapabilities of the Experience CenterJob Purpose:Will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the BIM ecosystem, including solution and service providers, industry organizations, academicinstitutions, and other AEC firms. They will play a pivotal role in strengthening our network, fostering collaboration, and driving innovation in BIM and Digital adoption.Job Accountabilities1.Partnership Development: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with BIM solution and service providers, industry organizations, academic institutions, and other relevant stakeholders to support our BIM initiatives and goals.2.Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with partner organizations, serving as the primary point of contact and fostering collaboration on joint initiatives and projects.3.Collaboration Facilitation: Facilitate collaboration and knowledge exchange between our organization and partner organizations, organizing meetings, workshops, and events to share best practices, insights, and innovations in BIM implementation.4.Resource Sharing: Coordinate the sharing of resources, tools, and expertise between partner organizations and our team to enhance our capabilities and support mutual objectives in BIM adoption and advancement.5.Opportunity Identification: Identify opportunities for joint research, development, and innovation projects with partner organizations, leveraging their expertise and resources to drive innovation and excellence in BIM implementation.6.Contract Negotiation: Negotiate partnership agreements, contracts, and memoranda of understanding (MOUs) with partner organizations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.Skills Required (Knowledge and Skills)1.Strategic Approach2.Relationship Building3.Communication, collaboration and Coordination4.Negotiation
Education Requirement :
PostGraduate Degree - Master#s in Engineering/Architecture/Interior Design (anydiscipline)Graduate from Degree #Bachelor#s in Engineering/Architecture/Interior Design (any discipline)
Experience Requirement :
3 - 5 years#experience in BIM visualization
