Role Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and creative R&D Executive to design and develop innovative student activity kits for Science and Math. These kits will be used in classrooms to help students from Grades 1 to 10 understand fundamental STEM concepts through engaging, hands-on activities. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of scientific principles, basic mathematics, and an aptitude for converting theoretical ideas into practical, physical learning models.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and prototype activity kits aligned with Science and Math curriculum standards.
  • Design curriculum-aligned, age-appropriate hands-on models for Science and Math concepts.
  • Collaborate with curriculum designers and subject experts to ensure conceptual accuracy and age-appropriate content.
  • Test and validate the kits with students and educators, and improve based on feedback.
  • Document processes, prepare instruction manuals, and assist in training educators on kit usage.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Science, Engineering, Education, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in product development, STEM education, or hands-on teaching preferred.
  • Strong understanding of core Science and Math concepts for K-10.
  • Excellent hands-on skills .
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to convert concepts into models.
  • Basic understanding of prototyping techniques and materials.
  • Good communication and documentation skills.
