Job Summary:
As an HRIntern at *Vivacious Techno Management Hub Pvt Limited* you willhave the opportunity to gain handson experience in various aspectsof human resources while contributing to the overall HR functionsof the organization. This internship is designed to provide youwith exposure to different HR areas including recruitment employeerelations training and development and HRadministration.
Responsibilities:
1. Assist inthe recruitment process by posting job openings screening resumesscheduling interviews and participating in candidateassessments.
2. Help coordinate new employee onboardingactivities including preparing orientation materials conductingorientation sessions and ensuring a smooth integration into thecompany.
3. Support HR managers in maintaining accurateemployee records updating personnel files and ensuring compliancewith relevant laws and regulations.
4. Contribute to theorganization and execution of training and development programs foremployees including scheduling sessions tracking attendance andgathering feedback.
5. Assist in employee engagementinitiatives by helping to plan and execute teambuilding eventsworkshops and other activities.
6. Participate inemployee relations activities including conducting surveysassisting with performance management and addressing basic employeeinquiries.
7. Assist with benefits administrationincluding enrollment changes and assisting employees withbenefitsrelated questions.
8. Help maintain the HRIS(Human Resources Information System) by entering data accuratelyand ensuring data integrity.
9. Support the HR team inpreparing various HR reports and presentations.
10.Contribute to special HR projects and initiatives asneeded.
Qualifications:
1. Currently pursuingBBA/B.Tech/MBA
2. Strong interpersonal and communicationskills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (WordExcel PowerPoint) and willingness to learn HR systems.
4.Detailoriented with excellent organizational and multitaskingabilities.
5. Ability to maintain confidentiality andhandle sensitive information.
6. Enthusiasm for learningabout various HR functions and contributing to teamgoals.
7. Positive attitude eagerness to learn and astrong work ethic.
