Embedded Hardware Engineer

You will be working with core electronics’ team at MAY53 to develop Hardware for Advance and Innovative Systems. The Hardware Engineer is responsible for designing electronics, from requirements to production release. You will execute engineering tasks as part of cross-functional teams for new product development programs responsible for concepts, requirements, design, analysis and test. 

Responsibilities

    Key Activities:

  • Develop and validate embedded hardware applications
  • Design hardware solutions to drive system optimization, improve module/component design and enhance product reliability.
  • Component selection for an electronics circuit. 
  • Prepare Schematic and Layout Symbols for Layout editor. Guide PCB layout editor in PCB stack-up and layout planning.
  • Prototype assembly, bring up, debugging, and functional verification. 

    Project Execution Activities:

  • Actively Participate on Technical Design Reviews to ensure Project is delivering as per architecture
  • Actively Contribute on Change management in place to manage the changes to the project
  • FMEA, DFMEA knowledge is added advantage


Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree in Electronic & Telecommunication Engineering or equivalent
  • Preferred Experience: 1- 3 years
  • Should have Extensive Knowledge on Industry standard tool Allegro/Cadence
  • Should have knowledge about serial communication protocols like UART, I2C, SPI, and I2S Strong understanding of RF (Bluetooth/ Wi-Fi/ Cellular).
  • Familiarity with EMC & EMI theory is added Advantage.
  • Experience with Mixed-signal and differential High-Speed design like MIPI – CSI & DSI/ LVDS/USB3.0/USB2.0/GBE/HDMI/PCIE etc.
  • Hands-on experience building prototype electronics: assembly, board bring-up debugging, functional verification.
