Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive patient evaluations in OPD, IPD, Emergency, and ICU settings. Conduct and interpret diagnostic tests including ECG, TMT, ECHO, and ECO. Assist in managing acute and chronic medical conditions in critical and emergency care. Collaborate with senior physicians and care teams to develop individualized treatment plans. Maintain accurate, real-time medical records with detailed patient history, exams, and progress notes. Monitor vital signs and clinical status, especially in ICU and emergency units, reporting changes promptly. Participate in on-call rotations and emergency response protocols as needed. Support preventive care and patient education initiatives in outpatient settings. Adhere to hospital protocols, safety standards, and regulatory compliance. Requirements: MBBS degree with valid MCI or equivalent registration. Solid understanding of internal medicine, cardiology, and emergency medicine. Practical training or experience in ECG, TMT, ECHO, and ECO procedures. Familiarity with clinical workflows in OPD, IPD, Emergency, and ICU departments. Proficient in clinical assessment, documentation, and medical record management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work under pressure. Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and on-call duties. Commitment to ongoing learning and professional growth in clinical practice.
