Job DescriptionPromotes Agility as a framework but also as a mindsetCollaborates in managing backlogs and ensures new requests are in line with Definition of ReadyEnsures deliverables are compliant with quality standards, according to Avaloq Definition of DoneSupports the Domain Lead in managing the Domain BacklogFacilitates internal communication and effective collaboration between Teams, Domains, DivisionsEnsures the Development Team is having regular Planning, Review,
Retrospective, ... meetings as required by the chosen Agile framework (Scrum/Kanban/other...)
QualificationsBachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a relevant field preferred.Certified scrum master, SAFe preferred.Functional Knowledge of the Avaloq Banking System is highly preferred.3+ years of experience as a scrum master or in a similar role.Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban, to deliver solutions.Leadership and management experience.Excellent people and project management skills.Strong communication and presentation skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Additional InformationTechnical understanding or backgroundExperience in the fintech businessAbility or experience to interact with senior stakeholders and customers.
