Designation - Senior Analyst NVH (NASTRAN)

Notice - 45 days or below

Role Purpose - To carryout NVH analysis on full vehicle level model (model setup and debug) independently, prepare report and present the same to internal customer. Create countermeasures, create comparison reports.

Key Responsibilities with brief description

  • Carryout NVH analysis in Nastran (Setup, debug, result interpretation, report preparation+presentation)
  • Trade off study among probable solutions and propose best fit
  • Maintain regular communication with manager, customer and resolve open issues that may arise during the project execution phase.
  • Maintain project metrics including quality, costs and timing.

Personal Development:

  • Monitor the gaps for self - create personal development plan in discussion with supervisor for closure of gaps
  • Acquire the new competencies

Role Requirement (Expectations)Level

Educational Qualification

  • Master/ Bachelors degree/ Diploma in Mechanical/production/automobile stream with good academic background

No. of years of work experience

  • 4-7 years

Critical Skill Sets (Technical)

  • Understanding of Nastran model setup, debug
  • CAE tools: Ansa, Metapost
  • Solver: Nastran
  • Have good results interpretation capability
  • Trim body built-up and Vehicle level Modal, FRF, LDS, NTF, VTF, ODS analysis experience is must
  • Understanding of full vehicle model
  • Specialized skills like BSR, SEA, CAA etc.
  • Specialized software like ADAMS, VA One, MNoise, Powerflow etc.
