Job responsibilities:
CoachingAssisting team members reach their full Sales potential as a main objective. Ability to support and motivate sales agents, ensuring the success factor within their dealsRevisiting targets and on weekly, fortnightly and monthly basis and figuring out challenges and mitigating them to ensure we hit the targetEnsuring Sales Associates (SA) motivation and performanceSalesman shipTrain Sales personnel to build rapport, ensure client trust and make a sale on regular basis
Team ManagementOversee the Sales team target and handle any issues pertaining to respective team members reaching close towards his target figuresEnsure regular feedback for SAsManaging Escalations and being the bridge with PM team and Owner sales teamFeedback for and from Property Management TeamMeasure and manage team performance with leading indicators; (TAT, Visits)Business AcumenA thorough understanding of a business, along with its achievements, objectives and goals to drive Sales. A strategic thinking with managerial mindset is pre-requisiteUnderstanding of projects insightsAnalysing and communication of inventory requirementsCollections along with Property Management team
