Job Title: Associate Manager/ Manager - Account Management
Location: Gurgaon
Experience: 5-6.5 years of experience.
We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Client Servicing professional to join our team
Key Accountabilities
- Liaising with and acting as the link between the client and the agency, by maintaining a regular communication channel.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across – digital & mainline platforms.
- Providing inputs while creating campaigns and strategies.
- Successfully develop and implement marketing campaigns for different brands with the support of external Agencies
- Discussing with clients to understand their requirements and communicating the same to the team.
- Working with the team to conceptualize a campaign that meets the client's brief.
- Presenting campaign ideas and budgets to the client.
- Managing budgets and campaign costs.
- Conducting survey/research for Brand building & Brand Promotions.
- Ensuring that communication flows effectively within the agency team working on the account.
- Refining the details of campaigns and ensuring that client’s challenges are being addressed.
- Monitoring the effectiveness of campaigns and taking necessary steps to optimize them.
- Assist in creating 'pitches', along with the creative team.
- Play the role of collaborator in the team that works on a particular account.
- Build long-term relationships with clients.
Professional Skills:
- 5 – 6.5 years of account management experience.
- The candidate must have digital & mainline experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively at all levels and functions.
- Strong client-service orientation.
- Ability to manage projects to successful completion, multi-task, and work within tight deadlines.
