Job Description


Deal Execution: Lead and manage the end-to-end execution of PE, M&A, and ECM transactions, including preparing key documents like information memorandums, financial models, and teasers.
Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless transaction processes, including due diligence and documentation.
Business Development: Identify industry opportunities, generate leads, and secure new mandates by conducting prospective client meetings and preparing business development materials.
Negotiation and Closing: Assist in negotiating and closing transaction agreements, ensuring all parties' interests are aligned and the deal is successfully finalized.
Sector Knowledge: Stay informed on sectoral trends and regulatory changes, applying this knowledge to enhance deal strategies and execution.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will have 6-9 years of experience in a Investment Banking firm/ Broking form, with strong expertise in the Financial Services and Technology sectors. They will possess a deep understanding of equity and debt transactions, along with proficiency in financial modeling, valuation methodologies, and preparation of key transaction documents. With an MBA in Finance or a CA qualification, the candidate will demonstrate exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage end-to-end deal execution while actively contributing to business development efforts.
