Upon successfully completing the training, you will be appointed in one of these rolesTraining Period : 6 Months, extendable if needed.Training will be held in two stages :Stage 1 - Initial 3 months for completion of necessary skills & NISM Certification,Stage 2 – Upon successful completion of Stage 1 you will undergo hands on training with Senior Team MembersRoles & Responsibilities:Executive - Relationship Management : In this role you will analyze the existing products bouquet to determine the suitability of schemes per the investor’s risk profile and objectives. You would work across different technology platforms to track the transactional level information, monitor the products’ performance, allocate various asset categories, perform research, and generate appropriate reports. The role involves regular interaction with existing & prospective clients, relationship managers of various product manufacturers, and Prokens internal team members.Executive - Sales & Marketing Executive - The ideal candidate should be outgoing, persuasive, and passionate about personal finance. This role involves engaging with potential clients, explaining the benefits of mutual funds and wealth products, and building long-term relationships based on trust and integrity.What we are looking for in a candidate:1. The candidate must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills (Written, Verbal, and Presentation).Quick learner and willing to invest in self-development/learning continuously.3. Keen Interest in Personal Finance, Financial Markets, Mutual Funds & Wealth Management and Insurance.4. High-level numeracy, ability to use technology platforms, quantitative analysis, MS Excel, AI tools and Office apps.5. Unquestionable personal integrity and professional ethics.6. Complete and maintain all required compliance certifications.7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.8. Ability to prioritize, pre-empt issues & ask questions, work independently and in a team,and take on new initiatives.Qualification/Certification Requirement:Undergraduate/Post-Graduates in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Statistics, Marketing, or Business Management and with a keen interest in working in financial services can apply. The selected candidate must study and pass the required regulatory examinations within the first three months of training.1. Self-learning modules on ‘Time Value of Money.’2. Basic statistical analysis of Portfolios3. Basics of Behavioural Finance4. Relevant NISM CertificationsAllowance/Salary:During the tenure of Management Training you will be paid a salary of Rs.15000/-. Upon successful completion of Training, you will be appointed as Relationship Executive or Sales & Marketing Executive.Salary will be commensurate with the selected candidate’s qualifications and performance during the training period and more importantly willingness to learn and stay current with the Financial Services Industry.Data Privacy, Confidentiality & Non-disclosureCandidates selected as Management Trainees should sign a data confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement with the Company.Industry Profile:A mutual fund is an investment vehicle for individual investors to take exposure to financialand capital markets.
