We are currently seeking an experienced and highly-skilled Tech Infrastructure Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and management of the technology infrastructure that supports our GenAI projects and operations, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security.

Responsibilities :

1. Develop and implement strategies for technology infrastructure planning, design, and deployment, ensuring alignment with the company's business objectives and technology roadmap.

2. Design and build end-to-end ML infrastructure that powers GenAI implementation, including fast and reliable services for ML feature engineering, model training, and model serving.

3. Create ML services and libraries that enable ML engineers to seamlessly transition from experimentation to production.

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software development, AI/ML engineering, and product management, to ensure seamless integration and support of technology infrastructure for various projects and operations.

5. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including infrastructure architecture diagrams, design specifications, and operational manuals.

6. Implement best practices for infrastructure management, including monitoring, maintenance, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.

7. Evaluate and adopt new technologies, tools, and methodologies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the company's technology infrastructure.

8. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the infrastructure team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

9. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in technology infrastructure, and incorporate them into our projects and operations as Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in technology infrastructure management, with a focus on large-scale, complex environments.

3. Strong knowledge of infrastructure technologies, including servers, storage, networks, cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and data centers.

4. Experience with infrastructure automation and orchestration tools, such as Terraform, Ansible, or Kubernetes.

5. Familiarity with security best practices for infrastructure management, including network security, access control, and encryption.

6. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex infrastructure issues and develop effective solutions.

7. Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.

8. Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest developments in technology infrastructure and a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
