Position Overview:
We are seeking highly motivated Plant Maintenance manager who can collaborate and work closely with internal & external stakeholder to complete the assigned task. Should have excellent knowledge of maintenance planning of plant equipment’s and operation. Should have expertise in Capital expenditure planning, execution and commissioning. Should have effective communicator with excellent relationship, management skills, problem solving. Should have expertise in resource planning and priorities the task based on plant operation need. Key focus on cost saving implementation projects.
Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee mechanical and electrical maintenance operations.
· Develop and implement maintenance schedules along with preventive measure to minimize equipment downtime.
· Manage a team of maintenance technicians, assign tasks, monitor performance and provide training to enhance skills.
· Establish, direct and strictly follow preventive maintenance programs for electrical and mechanical systems to reduce breakdowns and to increase equipment life.
· Ensure departmental budget, control costs, and control inventory levels for parts and supplies.
· Work with procurement to ensure the availability of critical components.
· Strictly follow government compliance related to maintenance activities.
Looking after maintenance of utility equipment’s like Ice plant, RO water, Chilled water system, DM water system, Compressed Air, Steam generation & distribution, MVR equipment.
· Maintain health of equipment’s for uninterrupted supply of utilities to process plant with desired parameters & quality.
· Daily monitoring maintenance activities, follow-up with procurement team, engineering store activities, inventory. etc
· Identify improvement projects related to utility/maintenance
· Daily monitoring of power consumption and optimization to reduce cost
· Working on Capex related activities- Mechanical & Electrical
· EHS related requirement & 5S implementation in Maintenance department.
