Role and Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, implement, and integrate Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems and solutions. Ensure that solutions protect information resources against unauthorized use, inappropriate degrees of access, disclosure, damage and/or loss. Identify, analyze and resolve system design weaknesses. Troubleshoot and manage the resolution of issues related identities, systems, access, accounts, authentication, authorization, entitlements, and permissions. Determine and recommend the most appropriate response to identified more complex problems, issues and/or defects by assessing impact and prioritization. Ensure the maintenance and monitor IAM systems. Troubleshoot, support and resolve system incidents, problems and changes, as required. Design reusable strategies, decisions, service components, libraries and frameworks to support enterprise-level IAM services. Provide level 2 and level 3 support for clients and coordinate as needed with the technology vendors (performing diagnosis on incidents, implementing standard changes to the infrastructure) Produce IAM technical documentation such IAM detailed design, configuration guides etc. Defining scope of work and interacting with clients and the vendors as required during the proposal development as a part of project. Experience managing large enterprise environments consisting of multiple global Active Directory forests and complex GPO policies. Experience managing Active Directory and Okta . Experience administering Office 365, Azure AD. Microsoft Entra ID management and knowledge of Intune Experience working with or authoring scripts (preferred MS Powershell) focused on streamlining system administration, auditing, and reporting functions surrounding Microsoft Azure, Office 365, Active Directory. Cisco Duo Administration PIM and PAM through CyberArk for JIT access (just in time) Receive and process requests for account provisioning, modification and deprovisioning. Coordinate with service providers regarding approval and implementation of access. Review current account and application security to ensure that system access is correct, clear and efficient. Research and recommend policies and procedures to protect information assets from unauthorized or accidental modification, destruction or disclosure. Identify, collect, analyze, interpret and assist in the reporting of security metrics. Administer user accounts and access privileges in the organization’s identity management system through Sailpoint Work closely with the IAM team to ensure that the right people have access to the right resources. Responsible for the day-to-day administration of the IAM system. Involved in troubleshooting and resolving IAM issues. Participate in IAM projects and initiatives. Work with internal customers, business analysts, and application teams to understand access requirements. Participate in IAM audits and review access control reports to identify potential risks. Provide training to new users on the IAM system. Update and maintain the IAM system according to changes in the organization’s business needs.
