Job Overview We are seeking a seasoned Structural Engineer for a full-time executive position located in Virar. The ideal candidate will possess a rich experience ranging from 10 to 30 years in the field, demonstrating proficiency in both Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Structural Analysis. The role involves the application and mastery of these skills to drive advanced structural engineering solutions and methodologies, leveraging our innovative and collaborative work environment. Qualifications and Skills Building Information Modeling (BIM) experience to facilitate streamlined design and construction processes while improving project outcomes (Mandatory skill). Advanced Structural Analysis skills essential for assessing building stability and ensuring adherence to safety standards (Mandatory skill). Completion of MTech with a focus on structural engineering to provide foundational knowledge and advanced technical expertise (Mandatory skill). Proficiency in Revit, enabling intricate design and development of complex structural models. Familiarity with STAAD.Pro for performing comprehensive structural engineering analysis and design optimization. Expertise in ETABS for efficient analysis and design of building structures, ensuring compliance with international standards. Experience with SAP2000 for structural analysis and design of complex systems subjected to dynamic loadings. Competence in Finite Element Analysis to simulate and predict structural performance under various load conditions. Roles and Responsibilities Lead structural engineering projects, ensuring alignment with company standards and client specifications. Utilize BIM to enhance design processes and facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams. Conduct detailed structural analysis to assess the safety and longevity of proposed designs. Implement engineering solutions utilizing advanced software tools like Revit, ETABS, and STAAD.Pro. Collaborate with design teams to develop innovative structural solutions that meet customer needs. Oversee project timelines and budgets, ensuring efficient resource optimization and operational excellence. Mentor junior engineers, sharing knowledge and insights to foster professional growth and industry readiness.
