We are currently seeking a WebMethods Admin to join our team in Bangalore, India (IN)., who will be at a high level responsible for assisting with any requests related to Webmethods Platform. The overall objective of the Webmethods Engineer is to manage the application in compliance to customer’s Engineering standards and support the Middleware Infrastructure for this WebMethods platform as a Subject Matter Expert, including troubleshooting issues, maintaining current patch levels, setting up and maintaining connectivity between application servers and web servers, understanding protocols and ciphers, and communicating and working well with developers and products support application teams. This role requires someone who can works independently but also be a team player. RESPONSIBILITIES Administration : • Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members. • Years of Experience : 8+ years in EAI using Software AG webMethods as Middleware. • Strong System Administration experience of webMethods platform using components like Integration Server, Trading Networks, JDBC Adapter, SAP Adapter, UM/Broker, MWS, Command Central and Deployer. • Experience in Installation of Fixes, Patches, and installation of webMethods product suite with most recent versions in webMethods (9/10x versions). • WebMethods package deployment is necessary • Trading Networks configuration and administration, good knowledge of setting up trading partners • Configuration of basic operating parameters such as the maximum session limits, log file options, port assignments, ACL, Role Mapping, LDAP roles configuration • Configuring SSL server and client certificates installation • Must be able to work on interface level mapping, debugging, and able to perform day to day production support. • Provide problem analysis and troubleshooting of webMethods issues and related system components, including certificate installation, log analysis and error resolution, thread dump analysis, providing statistics. • Experience in planning and aligning to meet cutover activities. Can contribute both as an individual contributor as well as team player. • Extensive knowledge in handling ready to use connectors or adapters as suited for different use cases involving systems such as SAP Adapters, JDBC, JMS Adapters etc • Strong in implementing integration solutions using integration methods and technologies covering Web Services, SOAP, JSON, REST APIs and XML. • Ability to efficiently multi-task and be self-motivated while working with others. Should have effective problem-solving and analytical skills displaying attention to detail. • Should know basic SQL queries and Unix commands. • Hands On development experience with flow and java services. • SoftwareAG-webMethods Admin/Dev Certifications ( Good to have). • Working in UNIX & Windows environments • Troubleshooting WebMethods server-side , troubleshooting flow services, WebMethods performance monitoring and tuning • Scripting to automate WebMethods admin activities and admin security controls implementation • Setting up monitoring Alerts through messages at sever log, threads, memory statistics, Server availability with SysAid, Splunk etc. • Administering users and groups and server security Installation & Upgrade: • Installation of IS, Command Central, MWS and applying the patches and fixes to the environment using UpdateManager • Upgrade or Migration of web Methods products such as Integration Server, Trading Networks, Universal Messaging, Broker, Command Central, Deployer, Nirvana, TC, DMZ, Mediator, Centrasite, BPM and My web Methods servers in a large-scale environment. • Must have webMethods upgrade experience and should have performed at least any recent

Management: • Self-Manage the entire application development lifecycle including the design, implementation, and maintenance of all business application solutions. • Perform technical activities like analysis, design, and documenting technical solutions for existing code and identify code migration possibilities to enhance our current systems environment. • Perform review of functional specification documents, assess technical high-level requirements and level of effort estimates. • Communicate with a wide audience, including Business Users and Project Managers to ensure deliverables are built in accordance with defined quality standards and defined project timelines. • Work with business users and leaders to proactively identify and mitigate/resolve risks and issues. • Documents all technical processes, requirements, flows and diagrams; develop appropriate requirements, design, testing and deployment documentation to support the technical solution and support SOX Audit compliancy • Managing Daily Incident/Problem/Change assigned • Identifying opportunities to automate repetitive processes increasing efficiency • Orchestrating cross infrastructure team work groups to resolve or enhance system performance, incidents and maintenance • Educate the team and applications teams on new updates BASIC QUALIFICATIONS • 7+ years of experience as an WebMethods Administrator • Experienced in migration of WebMethods server from one version to other • Knowledge in WebMethods Integration Server

version of IS • Handson exp in IS, MWS, Deployer, Nirvana, TC, DMZ, Mediator, Centrasite, BPM is necessary. • Handson exp on Universal Messaging, My WebMethods server, WebMethods Designer, Terracotta, JDBC Adapters, schedulers, JMS & TMC • Knowledge in WebMethods package deployment is necessary • Knowledge in Windows & UNIX environment is a must • Knowledge in configuration of basic operating parameters • Knowledge in client certificate management • Knowledge in Incident/Change/Problem Management process • Knowledge in documentation (Design Documents, SOPs etc.) • Retail industry experience • Experience using SysAid, JIRA, Service now, App Dynamics, Splunk etc • Unique combination of being business-minded and highly analytical while also having a strong and deep technical background on middleware technologies
