About Fincity

Fincity is a Real Estate Wealth Management platform with AUM of Rs. 500Cr+ specializing in generating returns from investment in Commercial Real Estate and debt / structured financing of real estate projects like residential apartments. We currently have an active base of 1,000+ retail investors, HNIs, UHNIs and Family offices.

About the Role

Fincity is looking to scale its business and for that, we aim to bring in the best wealth experts to be a part of our team. Those who have passionately built successful portfolios of India’s wealthy and ultra-wealthy with the client’s best interests at heart will find the perfect opportunity at Fincity.

Responsibilities:

- Business Development: Build a client base of HNI/UHNI clients and provide solutions based on their requirements and goal.

- Investor Relations: Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential investors. Prepare and deliver investor presentations, reports, and updates. Address investor inquiries and provide timely information on investment performance and strategy.

- Portfolio Management: Monitor and manage the performance of existing investment properties. Develop and implement asset management strategies to enhance property value and maximize returns. Prepare and present regular portfolio performance reports to senior management and investors.

- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the acquisitions, finance, and asset management teams to ensure alignment of investment strategies and objectives. Mentor and develop junior team members, providing guidance and support in their professional growth.

Key Requirements:

- 3- 5 years of sales experience in institutional Sales, Retail Sales(IFA/ND Channel), Wealth Management, AIF/PMS/AMC Sales.- Excellent communication skills and telephone etiquettes with pleasing personality.- Ability to perform in target target-driven environment
